Return and Refund Policy:

You have the right to cancel an order within 30 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period of an order is 30 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the moment when a third party indicated, which is not a courier, takes possession of the product supplied.

In order to exercise this right of cancellation, you must inform us of the decision with a clear statement.

We will send you the refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned products. We will use the same payment method used for the order and no refund fees will be charged.

Return conditions:

To ensure that your products are eligible for return, make sure that:

• Products have been purchased for no more than 30 days
• The products are in the original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products supplied according to specifications or customization indicated.
• Products supplied that by nature are not returnable, for example products that perish quickly or have expired.
• Products supplied that are not returnable for hygienic and sanitary reasons, opened after delivery.
• Products supplied that, after delivery, by nature, are inseparable from others.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet the return conditions above in our sole discretion.

Returned Products

You are responsible for the cost and risks of returning the products. You must send us the products to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipping. Therefore, we suggest using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are unable to provide a refund without having received the products or without proof of shipment of the products.

Gifts:

If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and were shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card of the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent by email.

If the products were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift buyer received those products directly, we will send a refund directly to the buyer.
